inspired by the distilling heritage and the skill of the craftsmen involved and named after the cooper’s saw used to cut the heads of whiskey barrels. Each bottle is truly unique as every one is screen printed by hand.

The range features Bowsaw Straight Corn Whiskey with an   ambitious mash bill comprising 91% corn, 5% barley and 4% rye and Bowsaw Small Batch Bourbon with a 21% high rye mash bill, which is aged for over 3 years in new #4 char American oak barrels.

Best served neat or with premium cola or ginger ale.
